This is the 5th book in the Enhanced series.
I enjoyed this book like I did with l the others.
The storyline was a little bit slower in this one than in the previous, but it was still good to read. There were moments of action where it picked up. I felt the pace reflected the somber mood after the last book so it worked.
I am continuing to like the characters. I love Brie and Adryan. It’s great to see their relationship grow, especially considering that they were practically forced together.
I’m looking forward to seeing what will happen next. I would definitely recommend this series, however, it definitely needs to be read in order.
