The Reckoning (The Culling book 3) by Tricia Wentworth

This is the 3rd and final book in The Culling series.

In the final moments of “The Fracturing,” Reagan Scott was taken. While the rest of the country casts their votes for the next Presidential Couple, Reagan must now fight to survive.

It’s no longer just about winning the Culling, it’s about ending the war with the drifters once and for all. As the darkness spirals out of control and threatens to destroy everyone and everything she loves, Reagan will be forced to make some difficult choices.

Who will make it out alive? How will the drifter attack alter the course of the Culling? And who will be the next Presidential Couple?

I have absolutely loved this series. The storyline is brilliant and the characters are great.

Reagan and Lyncoln have been brilliant characters. Individually, they’re both strong, clever and brave. Together they’re a force to be reckoned with. Watching their relationship grow has been a story on its own.

I have loved all the secondary characters as well. Attie, Jamie, Henry. All their friends and families. Each one has added something to the story.

The plot has been great. It hasn’t only been about The Culling and presidency, but about the bigger threat with the drifters.

The ending was great and satisfying. It’s sad that it’s the end though as I have completly loved these books.

Overall, these books have been brilliant and I would definitely recommend them.

My rating: 5/5*
