This is a standalone novel in the Forbidden Encounters series.
One night with a stranger. Then I find out who he is…
Christmas in Cancun?
Nothing can get better than that.
Until I see him.
Bryce.
He looks like a Christmas gift wrapped in a bow.
We talk, drink, and kiss.
That’s just the beginning.
But one lie leads to another.
It’s a lot better than telling him the truth.
What happens in Mexico, stays in Mexico.
Right?
Unless it follows you home…
I was ready for him to be a memory.
Ready to move on with my life.
Until I saw him standing in the front of my class.
Bryce? The hottest guy I’ve ever met?
He’s my professor.
I enjoyed this book. The characters were great and the storyline was ok.
Bryce was a brilliant character. He was pretty perfect. He was so nice, understanding and caring. His dad was a dick though. Abby was great as well. I loved the spark between them both, and I loved seeing their relationship develop. It was great. The ending was brilliant as well, and very romantic of Bryce.
The storyline was good, although it was heavily focused on their relationship more than an outside storyline. It only scratched on the situation with Bruce’s dad and Abbys dad, and it was only near the end that they played a part in the plot. Bryce did jump to a conclusion too rash and believed the wrong person. But he made it up in the most perfect way. I loved how it ended.
Overall, this was a nice book to read. Bryce and Abby were great and their relationship developed really well. I just think there could have been a slightly stronger storyline outside of their relationship. I would definitely recommend this book though.
My rating: 4/5*
