Unraveling an Enigma

Enigma: The Mystery Unmasked

Enigma: The Final Chapter

During a chance meeting, Isabelle Brahn fell at Isaac Holt’s feet—literally. His enigmatic personality, dominant nature, and all-round sexiness were qualities she had only ever dreamed about. Although certain his unique-colored eyes were sheltering an arsenal of pained secrets, the immediate connection between her and the hot, brooding businessman was undeniable.

With lines crossed and dates penciled in, things were set to get roasting. . . until fate intervened. Even being her first week on the job won’t alter the facts: federal agents aren’t allowed to date their targets.

I really enjoyed reading this series. The storyline was great and the characters were great.

Isabelle was a great character. She was genuine and strong willed. Isaac was brilliant too. He was so broody and fierce, but Isabelle brought out the best in him. I loved the spark between them and loved seeing it grow and develop.

The storyline was good. Isabelle is an FBI agent who’s meant to be investigating him, only she learns so much more and he’s not the man they think he is. I liked the little twists that kept popping up every so often.

I loved Hugo. He wa such a great character. I loved his friendship with Isabelle, and also his relationship with Isaac. Harrow was also a great character, although she did seem to be absent in the middle of the series. With everything thst Isabelle went through, I would have liked to see more of her best friend.

The other characters were also interesting and I liked how they all seemed to have a link between Isaac and Isabelle is some way.

Overall, this was enjoyable series to read. I liked reading them as a boxset and found that they flowed really well. The storyline was great and the characters were brilliant. Isaac and Isabelle’s relationship developed brilliantly. I would definitely recommend this series.

My rating: 5/5*
